Aging Adults
To better serve the needs of the aging across North Carolina, North Carolina Baptist Aging Ministry (NCBAM) is proud to announce the addition of Gail Engle as South-Central Regional Director.
Gail has a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from the Medical University of South Carolina as well as 30 years clinical and ministerial experience. She most recently served the First Baptist Church in Charlotte as director of its 55+ Congregational Health Ministries. When Gail isn’t spending time with one of her 11 grandchildren, she likes to play senior women’s 3-on-3 basketball or slow-pitch softball. (We hope to keep up with her!)
NCBAM’s regional directors are available to assist churches in training and establishing Care Teams, to provide in-home assessments for needs, and to educate groups on issues important to aging adults and their caregivers.
We’re excited to welcome Gail to NCBAM and know that the Lord will use her skills and passion to continue to make North Carolina a blessed place for aging adults to live.
